Employment Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000+ per annum

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzing, planning, controlling and executing all Sales Department operations

Meeting and communicating customers for Manager introductions, conflict management and deal negotiations

Structuring new + used vehicle transactions according to federal and provincial regulation and dealer + manufacturer guidelines.

Working with sales associates daily to conduct 1 on 1 lead follow-up, strategy, training and success management

Leading regular team meetings and participating in group level or manufacturer meetings

Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Developing and executing the selling cycle.

Developing processes that align with sales goals and involve various departments.

Training + coaching new and tenured Advisors on product knowledge, sales process, team objectives… etc.

Daily check-in and check-out to ensure daily metrics are met.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Extremely self-motivated with unparalleled standards and strong leadership skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability work effectively with all levels and departments of the organization.

Very strong work ethic and consistent drive to perform

Strong adherence to processes and understanding of management systems

Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Full commitment and accountability with completion of team initiatives, strategic plans, business campaigns, target achievements… etc.

Familiar with Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other digital office platforms.

Well organized and detail orientated.

Minimum of 2 years automotive sales management experience, with a valid VSA License.

Additional language skills considered a strong asset: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Hindi, Farsi… etc.

Experience with various automotive platforms. Ie: Reynolds, CUDL, Cox Automotive, vAuto, One-Eighty, CDK, Rapid Response, AutoTrader 1source, Rapid Recon… etc.

A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record.
