Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve insight quality

Support adjacent analytical missions including inventory turnover, funnel reviews, channel performance, and execution effectiveness

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Finance, Inside Sales, Operations, Channel Strategy, Growth, and CI teams

Present structured, actionable insights to regional and country leadership, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field

4–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or transformation support within a B2B or industrial environment

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling

Advanced experience using Salesforce and CRM‑driven sales processes

Proven ability to structure, analyze, and interpret complex datasets

Experience supporting forecasting, performance management, and commercial review cycles

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and additional BI or analytics tools

Familiarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement frameworks (e.g., Bowler charts, X‑matrix, A3s, TLIP, GDP)*

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and multi‑source data environments

Interest in AI tools, advanced analytics, and reporting automation

*Lean terminology will be explained during onboarding; prior exposure is helpful but not required.

Core Competencies

Anticipatory, business‑immersed mindset with the discipline to recognize early performance signals and translate insight into action

Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of revenue, margin, backlog, and funnel performance drivers

Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, executive‑ready insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills

High‑ownership mindset with curiosity, energy, and a continuous improvement orientation

Collaborative, structured, and growth‑oriented working style
