Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Executive to support our Sales organization by driving operational excellence, maintaining CRM hygiene, and delivering actionable business insights. This role requires someone who enjoys working with data, streamlining processes, and enabling the Sales team to operate efficiently in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

● Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy, ensuring complete and up-to-date customer, lead, and opportunity records.

● Generate and maintain sales dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance trackers.

● Analyze sales pipeline, conversion metrics, productivity, and revenue trends to provide actionable insights.

● Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business planning activities.

● Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth deal execution and reporting.

● Monitor CRM compliance and perform regular data audits, clean-ups, and process improvements.

● Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership reviews and business meetings.

● Identify process gaps and recommend automation or operational improvements to enhance sales efficiency.

● Support sales enablement initiatives, incentive tracking, and operational projects as required.

Ideal Candidate

● 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Operations.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas) and PowerPoint.

● Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.

● Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

● Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, or B2B technology companies is preferred.
