Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area
If you’re a sales operations leader who thrives on building structure, driving efficiency, and enabling high-performing sales teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact. You won’t just support sales--you’ll design the operational backbone that allows it to scale.
As the Sales Operations Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions , you will own the systems, processes, and insights that power MASA’s expanding supplemental insurance business. From compensation design and CRM optimization to forecasting and performance analytics, your work will directly influence how effectively we grow across inside sales, seminar-based sales, and emerging distribution channels. Internally, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Compliance to translate strategy into execution. In parallel, you will be working externally with our insurance carrier partners.
As MASA continues evolving into a multi-product company--expanding beyond emergency medical transportation coverage into supplemental insurance offerings including final expense--you will play a key role in building the operational infrastructure that supports this next phase of growth.

We're not just a company - we're a close-knit team dedicated to "Protecting families with compassion when others don't." - Oversee CRM systems and sales technology platforms, ensuring strong data integrity, system adoption, workflow configuration, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Support forecasting and budgeting through pipeline analysis, historical trends, and operational insights to improve accuracy and decision-making.
- Provide operational sales support and deal desk oversight while partnering with Compliance, Legal, and carriers to ensure regulatory adherence.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strongly preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries and familiarity with seminar-based or call center-driven sales models.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a structured, performance-driven sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation structures, reporting, and operational analytics.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales technology platforms, with a focus on data accuracy and usability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Will Provide You
- Competitive base salary, bonuses, and comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with highly rated carriers; a 401(k) program with a company match; paid time off; company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance; and a free MASA membership.
- A professional and friendly company culture that supports a clear mission: “Protecting families with compassion when others don’t.”
- An opportunity to unleash your expertise and create a lasting impact on our journey of growth and success!
Why We Think You’ll Love This Opportunity
You’ll sit at the center of strategy and execution—partnering with leaders across the business while owning the systems that drive performance. This is a high-impact role where your ability to bring structure, clarity, and insight will directly influence revenue growth and operational excellence. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving how teams work, and building scalable systems, you’ll find this role both challenging and rewarding.
