Loadrite provides precision industrial weighing solutions that help customers improve productivity, operational efficiency, and inventory control. As our North American commercial operations continue to evolve, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who can help our teams, dealers, and customers work more effectively.

This role is an opportunity for a hands-on operations professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, maintaining reliable business information, and coordinating across teams to get things done.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the effectiveness of North American sales operations and dealer-related processes.
  • Coordinate operational issues involving dealers, strategic accounts, OEMs, selected direct customers, and internal teams.
  • Investigate order exceptions, information discrepancies, and non-routine operational problems; coordinate solutions through completion.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend practical improvements to efficiency, accuracy, service, and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce and other business-system information and prepare weekly sales updates and operational reports.
  • Coordinate subscription invoicing activities with Operations and help resolve discrepancies and recurring process issues.
  • Support dealer participation in conferences, trade shows, and other commercial activities.
  • Work with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to improve information flow, reduce rework, and strengthen commercial processes.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Experience in sales operations, dealer operations, commercial support, business operations, or a related field.
  • An understanding of dealer or distributor networks, business customers, or commercial support processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues, assess options, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Experience maintaining business-system information, preparing reports, and using data to support operational decisions.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM system and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow issues through to resolution.

Helpful Additional Experience

  • Supporting machinery, industrial equipment, or technical products.
  • Working with international dealer networks, order fulfillment, supply chains, or import/export processes.
  • Coordinating cross-functional process improvements.
  • Supporting subscription-based commercial processes or recurring invoicing.

Why Consider Loadrite?

The role offers the opportunity to work across commercial, technical, and operations teams, solve varied business problems, and help improve the processes that support customers and dealers.

This is a remote position within the eastern United States. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required for dealer meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate non-routine issues, assess alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
