In this role, you will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will also be responsible for:

• •Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
• •Managing order processing with planners and delivery dates.
• •Requesting local billing.
• •Handling standardized products with pre-defined options.
• •Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set;
• •Handling targeted clients;
• •Discussing sales approach with manager.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma).
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• •Local taxes knowledge (desired).
• •Experience with Power BI (desired).
• •Experience with SAP systems and processes (desired).
• •Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• •Working knowledge of Spanish (desired)
