### 💼 Deine Aufgaben

  • Akquise von Neukunden (Pflegeheime, Kliniken, ambulante Dienste)
  • Personalrecruiting
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Beratung zu individuellen Personallösungen im Pflegebereich
  • Erstellung und Verhandlung von Angeboten und Rahmenverträgen
  • Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale

🎯 Dein Profil

  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, idealerweise aus der Pflegebranche
  • Detaillierte Branchenkenntnisse der Personaldienstleistung im Gesundheits- oder Pflegebereich
  • Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussorientierung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Empathie und Verständnis für die Herausforderungen in der Pflege
