  • Aktive Ansprache, Betreuung und Matching von Kandidat:innen Erstellung
  • & Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen, Durchführung von Interviews
  • Telefonische & persönliche Betreuung von Kunden und Interessenten
  • Neukundenakquise (ca. 40%) sowie Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten & Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Organisation eigener Projekte & enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und
  • Bewerber:innen Dein Profil – das bringst du mit Abgeschlossenes
  • Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting
  • oder Vertrieb von Vorteil Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit & Freude am
  • Netzwerken Motivation, Eigeninitiative & Teamgeist Sehr gute
  • Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Unser Angebot –
