Sales Rep, Sport Spec, France

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Based in Paris, this role sits within the France Sales organization and reports to the Senior Sales Manager, Sportswear Specialty, Athletic Specialty, Digital & Department Stores. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with Marketplace Sales, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Business Planning, Finance, and Brand Marketing teams, while serving as a key point of contact for France and EMEA leadership across their account portfolio.

Nike is looking for a Sales Representative – Digital to help accelerate the growth of Sportswear Culture across the France marketplace. In this role, you will build strong partnerships, drive commercial success, and create premium consumer experiences through leading digital accounts.

You bring a passion for sportswear, sport, sneaker, and street culture, combined with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions, influencing stakeholders across functions, and navigating a fast-paced marketplace. You thrive on building meaningful partner relationships and identifying opportunities that drive mutual growth.

What you bring:

• •Experience managing commercial wholesale, digital, e-commerce, or pure-player accounts.
• •Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales metrics into strategic business decisions.
• •Experience building seasonal account plans, assortments, buy plans, and short-term commercial strategies.
• •Strong relationship-building, influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• •Fluency in both English and French.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will manage and grow a portfolio of digital partners, driving commercial performance while delivering premium consumer experiences that strengthen Nike’s brand and marketplace position.

• •Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth by managing the end-to-end business across assigned accounts.
• •Develop forecasts, analyze sell-out performance, manage inventory, and identify growth opportunities through data-driven planning.
• •Build seasonal assortments aligned with merchandising priorities, ensuring optimal product flow, replenishment, and in-season execution.
• •Strengthen partner relationships through impactful product launches, commercial initiatives, and marketplace activations.
• •Deliver premium online consumer experiences by optimizing product journeys and digital storytelling across partner platforms.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally to execute seamless Go-To-Market plans and achieve shared business objectives.
• •Leverage marketplace, consumer, category, and partner insights to inform strategy and support long-term growth.
