Join our AWM team as a field based Sales Representative and build trusted customer relationships while growing our portfolio across healthcare settings. You will be based in Greater Lisbon, taking responsibility for the Lisbon and South territory.
What will you be doing?
You will take ownership of sales development across your territory for our AWM portfolio, working with customers in public and private hospitals as well as primary care settings.
Your day will centre around identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs and turning those insights into focused account and action plans. You will establish effective territory routes, define the customers, products and indications to focus on, and manage the resources needed to deliver your plans.
As you build relationships across your territory, you will work towards your sales objectives, monitor relevant tenders and participate in external customer events. You will maintain accurate CRM records, report progress against your action plan and contribute to internal sales meetings and training.
Technical credibility will be an important part of the role. You will continue developing your knowledge of our products and the competitive landscape, helping you engage customers confidently and effectively.
What will you need to be successful?
Success will come from combining commercial drive with strong customer relationships, sound territory planning and the technical confidence to have meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, ideally within hospital medical devices. Previous wound care experience would be valued.
- A university degree, preferably within a health related discipline, together with intermediate English.
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, combined with effective account management, planning, problem solving and a results focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, alongside a valid driving licence and the flexibility to travel extensively within the territory and attend external customer events.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is €30,750 - €46,250 EUR annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
