## Aufgaben

Du verantwortest den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden über die Entwicklung passender technischer und wirtschaftlicher Lösungen bis hin zu Angebot, Verhandlung und Vertragsabschluss. Dazu gehören insbesondere:

  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deiner eigenen Sales Pipeline
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise im B2B- und C&I-Umfeld
  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden zu maßgeschneiderten Speicherlösungen
  • Erstellung, Präsentation und Verhandlung von EPC- und O&M-Angeboten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Finance und unserem BESS Competence Center
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Kundenterminen und Begleitung der Projektentwicklung deutschlandweit

## Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit Schwerpunkt auf Batteriespeicherlösungen oder technischer Infrastruktur, idealerweise im mittelständischen Umfeld oder in kleineren, unternehmerisch geprägten Unternehmensstrukturen.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Contracting oder ein gutes Verständnis entsprechender Geschäfts- und Vertragsmodelle
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an erklärungsbedürftigen Lösungen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau einer eigenen Pipeline (kein bestehendes Inside-Sales-Team im Hintergrund)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bitte bringe außerdem Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands für Kundentermine und Projektentwicklung mit.
