• Main responsibilities
• - Communicate product features, advantages, and benefits (FAB) effectively to gain prescribing commitment from healthcare professionals.
• - Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information to support business strategies.
• - Address customer inquiries and concerns with strong product knowledge and effective communication skills.
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• - Deliver high-quality customer service and support to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• - Ensure timely and accurate documentation in CENTRIX, including maintaining up-to-date customer records and digital reports.
• - Develop and execute territory call plans aligned with targeting priorities in CENTRIX.
• - Collaborate with colleagues by sharing knowledge, best practices, and experiences.
• - Support the supervisor in resolving territory and market-related issues, including product listing activities.
• - Monitor and report competitor activities, market trends, and generic product developments within the assigned territory.
• - Organize and deliver product presentations and educational activities for customers.
• - Submit daily activity reports accurately and within the required timelines.
• - Execute promotional campaigns and initiatives in accordance with the Marketing Department's plans.
• - Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
