Sales Representative – North-West Netherlands (Dental)

About the role

As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets within your region (North-West Netherlands). You will build long-term relationships with dental clinics and laboratories, advising them on our products, solutions, and services.

You combine new business development with account management and are able to effectively translate market opportunities into tangible results.

What will you do?

• •Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio (dental clinics & laboratories)
• •Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
• •Advise customers on our products, solutions, and services
• •Achieve revenue and margin targets within your region
• •Identify customer needs and monitor market developments
• •Plan and execute sales activities effectively using CRM tools
• •Collaborate with internal teams and share best practices
• •Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (preferably within healthcare/dental)

• •Alternatively previous experience in dental with desire to learn sales
• •Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• •Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
• •Strong planning, prioritization, and self-management skills
• •Analytical ability to understand and translate customer needs into solutions
• •Experience with CRM systems
• •Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
• •Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of English
