Where You’ll Make a Difference

• •Act as a key communication link between customers, Sales Account Managers, and internal stakeholders
• •Coordinate multiple fragrance development projects in collaboration with perfumers, laboratories, marketing, production, customer service, and scent design teams
• •Receive and process customer sample requests, inquiries, and time-sensitive requests related to fragrance products and materials
• •Manage project setup and administration, including project entries, submissions, reworks, pricing, adoptions, line extensions, and SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) entries
• •Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and customer portfolios across systems and shared folders
• •Support customers with pricing, fragrance oils, samples, documentation, and follow‑ups
• •Coordinate daily shipments, prepare labels and shipping documentation, and serve as the on‑site contact for sample logistics
• •Ensure customer portfolios comply with current industry regulations by coordinating safety documentation and toxicology requests with regulatory team

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the fragrance or flavor industry
• •Strong customer-focus and results driven. Ability to apply sound judgment, analysis, and sensitivity to customer needs
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• •Comfort working in a deadline‑driven environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical
• •Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• •Availability and commitment to work on‑site 4–5 days per week

• •Experience working with SAP, Project Management, and CRM systems
• •Strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
