What We Are Looking For:
Education & Experience:
Prior experience in B2B sales and/or services related to microbiology.
Experience working with regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or high-tech industries.
BSc degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a relevant technical field, or formal training in sales
Experience with business travel, including overnight stays.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Skills & Competencies:
Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Strong technical understanding of critical environment solutions or solid commercial sales experience, including quotations and negotiations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
Ability to work with complex technical solutions and commercially structured quotations.
Strong business acumen and ability to drive long-term profitable customer relationships.
Planning, analytical, and critical-thinking skills to meet objectives and optimize sales processes.
A proactive, collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and expanding our market reach.
Drive the sales process from initial discussions to quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales, from pricing strategies to customer service and technical support.
Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent our company professionally, ensuring compliance with all policies, strategies, and industry regulations.
