About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our sales team and POSP/channel partners with day-to-day operations, documentation, and policy servicing. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking policy requests, resolving partner queries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• •Coordinate with POSP/channel partners for onboarding, documentation, and activation.
• •Assist the sales team and partners with policy issuance, endorsements, and servicing requests.
• •Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure timely processing of policies.
• •Follow up with internal teams and partners on pending requests and documentation.
• •Maintain accurate records of partner details, policy requests, and sales-related activities.
• •Track policy issuance, pending cases, and servicing requests to ensure timely resolution.
• •Prepare and maintain regular reports and operational trackers.
• •Ensure proper documentation and adherence to applicable IRDAI guidelines and internal processes.
• •Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to sales support and partner servicing.

Qualifications & Experience

• •Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •2–5 years of experience in sales support, insurance operations, insurance broking, or partner servicing.
• •Basic understanding of insurance policy issuance, endorsements, and documentation.
• •Experience working with POSP/channel partners will be an advantage.
• •Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• •Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• •Experience in non-motor, SME, or commercial insurance will be an added advantage.
