Where You’ll Make a Difference

• •Support the reception and organization of laboratory samples
• •Register and track sample shipments in internal databases
• •Prepare shipping documentation, including guides and proforma invoices
• •Assist in the preparation and conditioning of flavor samples
• •Coordinate sample shipment activities with internal teams and affiliates
• •Maintain accurate records of sample movements and logistics
• •Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Customer Care team
• •Ensure proper handling and storage of materials

What Makes You the Right Fit

• •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration or related
• •Active student from 5th semester onwards
• •Intermediate English level (written, reading and basic communication with international teams)
• •Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, formulas, filters and tables)
• •Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• •Strong organization and attention to detail
• •Ability to work in a team environment
• •Interest in customer service, logistics or sales support processes

• •Previous academic or internship exposure to customer service or logistics
• •Interest in supply chain or customer care operations
