The role:

We are looking for a Sales Trainee to join our Commercial team on a part-time basis. This role is designed for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in Sales, understand how the business operates, and explore the different areas within the commercial organization.

The goal is for the trainee to gain meaningful exposure to the business by participating in real commercial activities and projects, working closely with experienced members of the team.

What you will do:

Gain exposure to the different areas, processes, and functions within Sales.

Support the Commercial team on real business initiatives and projects.

Assist with commercial analysis, including customers, markets, opportunities, and sales performance.

Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and commercial materials.

Participate in customer and internal meetings to gain a better understanding of the sales process.

Support the team in tracking commercial opportunities and initiatives.

Work with different members of the organization to develop a broader understanding of the business.

Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to commercial initiatives.

Learn about our products, customers, market, and overall business model.

What we are looking for:

Students in their final 2 semesters of Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and the Commercial area.

Availability to work part-time.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, responsible, and detail oriented.

A self-starter who is comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and getting

Previous experience in Sales is a strong plus but not required.
