Miele Tehnica is a subsidiary of Miele & Cie. KG, Germany. We produce electronic components for a wide range of Miele appliances, such as washing machines, tumble dryers, vacuum cleaners, ovens and others. The products Miele offers to its customers set the standards for durability, performance, ease of use, energy efficiency, design and service.

As part of the Business Unit Professional IT , we are building and continuously improving Salesforce as a strategic platform supporting sales, service, and customer engagement across Miele Professional. Our goal is to provide business users with a secure, reliable, and user-friendly platform that enables efficient processes and supports future growth.

In this position, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the Salesforce platform. Working closely with Product Owners, Application Consultants, Developers, and business users, you will configure, optimize, and continuously improve Salesforce while helping drive platform adoption, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• •Configure and administer Salesforce using declarative platform capabilities.
• •Manage users, roles, permission sets, profiles, and security settings.
• •Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
• •Support platform releases, configuration changes, and day-to-day system administration.
• •Monitor platform health, data quality, and overall system performance.
• •Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate incident resolution.
• •Maintain configuration documentation and operational procedures.
• •Train and support business users to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.
• •Collaborate with Developers and Application Consultants to deliver new platform capabilities.
• •Leverage AI-assisted administration tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and simplify platform management.

Key Responsibilities:

• •At least 2 years of Salesforce Administration experience .
• •Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
• •Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, security, and user management.
• •Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• •Experience creating reports, dashboards, validation rules, and page layouts.
• •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• •Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• •Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• •Salesforce Administrator certification.
• •Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• •Experience with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, or similar administration tools.
• •Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• •Experience with DevOps tools and release management.
• •Interest in AI-assisted platform administration.
• •German language skills.

Education:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience in Salesforce administration and platform management.
