Salesforce Business Analyst

The Role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst (all genders), you’ll turn business needs into clear requirements our Salesforce team can build against, across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ. This is a one-year limited contract , fully remote from Germany, where you’ll own requirements gathering, user stories and UAT support that keep delivery on track.

You’ll join the Salesforce Solutions team within Enterprise Applications, working closely with our Salesforce Product Owner, admins and engineers, and with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Excellence and Finance. Together, you’ll shape how Lucanet’s multi-cloud Salesforce environment supports lead-to-cash and case management processes across the business. What you'll do

Gather and document requirements from Sales, Service, Finance and other teams for Salesforce enhancements, fixes and new features

Write user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation in Jira that engineers can build against

Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify scope and edge cases before handoff to engineering

Plan UAT, design test cases and support testing using structured business analysis methods

Maintain traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality, so what’s built matches what was asked

Flag process, data access and governance gaps early, before they affect delivery

Partner with the Salesforce Product Owner on backlog grooming, prioritisation and delivery sequencing

Use AI tools to speed up requirements analysis, documentation and process definition

What you bring to the table

You have

Delivered business analysis on Salesforce implementations end to end, from first workshop to UAT sign-off, with light day-to-day guidance

A track record of running stakeholder workshops and turning competing input into clear, agreed scope

Confidence writing structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira

Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model and standard processes like lead-to-cash and case management

Excellent written English and experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional stakeholders

It’s a plus if you also have

Multi-cloud experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or Experience Cloud

Gathered requirements for integrations using native connectors, Workato or other iPaaS and middleware tools

A background in SaaS or enterprise software companies
