WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Role description: Salesforce Core Cloud Developer (with Test Management Experience)
• We are looking for a Salesforce Core Cloud Developer with solid hands-on development experience on the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Platform) and proven exposure to Test Management in complex Salesforce projects.

The role combines development responsibilities with structured testing activities and coordination. The Developer contributes to high-quality implementations by building robust Salesforce solutions while actively supporting test planning, execution, and quality assurance across releases.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• •Must-have skills:
• •Solid hands-on experience as a Salesforce Core Cloud Developer
• •Strong practical knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration
• •Experience working in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud projects
• •Practical exposure to test management activities, including test case creation and test execution
• •Understanding of software testing concepts (test levels, defect lifecycle, acceptance criteria)
• •Experience working in structured, enterprise Salesforce projects
• •Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
• •Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• •Nice-to-have skills:
• •Experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• •Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments
• •Experience with Agile delivery models (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• •Salesforce certifications, e.g.:
• •Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
• •Salesforce Administrator

Experience in large-scale or international Salesforce programs
