As a Salesforce Developer Associate you will support the design, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and align technology with business goals, within our Business Application Consulting practice. As an Associate you will contribute to client projects as a learning-focused team member, build your technical skills through hands-on delivery, and adapt to varied client needs while developing your professional brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will apply Salesforce consulting skills across Salesforce applications, gather and interpret client requirements, assist with software configuration and testing, and provide training and support that helps users adopt the solution effectively.

Responsibilities

• - Supporting Salesforce implementation tasks across client projects and application workstreams
• - Configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud features and updating platform settings based on business requirements
• - Gathering functional requirements and documenting process flows, user stories, and configuration needs
• - Assisting with application testing, defect tracking, and release readiness activities
• - Preparing training materials and user support resources for new or updated Salesforce capabilities
• - Troubleshooting system issues and escalating technical items to senior team members as needed
• - Researching Salesforce functionality, integration options, and automation tools to support solution design
• - Contributing to process improvement efforts that streamline CRM operations and user adoption

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• - Demonstrating Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud configuration experience in client projects
• - Applying Apex, Lightning, or Flow to support Salesforce solutions
• - Gathering requirements and translating them into technical tasks
• - Collaborating across teams while learning, adapting, and delivering quality work
