What you'll accomplish with us

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

Understand and validate business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner, users, and team members.

Design, develop, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions using a pragmatic and agile approach.

Apply development best practices, architecture patterns, and security standards to deliver high-quality solutions.

Develop and execute automated and functional testing throughout the development lifecycle.

Measure and continuously improve solution quality, performance, robustness, and test coverage.

Leverage and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Collaborate with peers on technical decisions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the long-term sustainability of applications through proper documentation.

Actively contribute to team ceremonies and deliver integration solutions involving APIs, enterprise applications, and event-driven architectures.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is known for their strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.

Stands out for their expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Salesforce configuration, and front-end development frameworks.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, data integration concepts, and enterprise integration architectures.

Is recognized for their collaboration, communication skills, and ability to work effectively within Agile and DevOps teams.

Has 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud. Experience with Data 360, Agentforce/Einstein, MuleSoft, or Kafka is considered an asset.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 110 000$ and 125 000$ CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
