Salesforce Developer - Mid-Level | On-Site, No Clearance Required

No security clearance required. U.S. citizenship required. This is a 100% on-site role.

Location: On-site in Herndon, VA (Full-Time).

Build Salesforce solutions that modernize how government programs serve people. You'll design and ship Apex, Lightning Web Components and integrations on a small, hands-on team where your work reaches users fast.

What you'll do

- Design, build and deploy custom Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON

- Translate business requirements into scalable workflows and automations

- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and improve performance

- Document solutions and contribute to architecture discussions in an Agile team

What you bring (required)

- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

- Apex, LWC and Visualforce

- Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

- Experience on Agile/Scrum teams

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field

- U.S. citizenship

Nice to have

- Salesforce Health Cloud

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification

- Git and CI/CD for Salesforce (SFDX)
