As a Salesforce Developer Senior Associate you will support client-facing Salesforce consulting work within our Advisory practice, helping analyze needs, configure solutions, and support delivery of CRM capabilities that improve operational efficiency. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, review the work of junior team members, handle ambiguity with sound judgment, and build meaningful client connections while expanding your personal brand and technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to Salesforce implementation and support efforts, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret feedback, and apply your knowledge of Salesforce applications to help clients use business applications more effectively.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing client business requirements and translating them into Salesforce Sales Cloud solution designs
• - Implementing and configuring Salesforce CRM features to support pipeline management, lead tracking, and forecasting
• - Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce components, integrations, and workflow automation
• - Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing guidance on technical tasks and issue resolution
• - Interpreting client feedback and system data to refine solution approaches and identify process improvements
• - Supporting client conversations by explaining technical options, implementation impacts, and release considerations
• - Troubleshooting application issues across Salesforce environments and coordinating fixes through deployment cycles
• - Documenting functional specifications, configuration decisions, and testing activities for project continuity
• - Applying Salesforce tools and methodologies to deliver scalable solutions across sales technology initiatives

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
• - Experience in Salesforce development using Apex and LWC

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• - Demonstrating Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, development, or administration experience
• - Translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and enhancements
• - Analyzing complex requirements and breaking down technical concepts
• - Applying data insights to guide recommendations and delivery choices
• - Supporting teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and building client relationships
