Salesforce Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• •Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• •Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities such as Flow, objects/fields, Record Types, Permission Sets, validation rules, reports, and dashboards .
• •Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement requests .
• •Perform functional impact analysis and recommend scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• •Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, and post-deployment validation .
• •Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and other technical teams.
• •Support SLA-driven delivery within a managed services environment.

Required Skills

• •3+ years of Salesforce experience , preferably as a Functional Consultant, Administrator, or Business Analyst.
• •Strong Salesforce administration and declarative configuration skills.
• •Experience with Salesforce Flow, security/access, data model, reports, and dashboards .
• •Strong requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and functional analysis capabilities.
• •Experience supporting production Salesforce environments.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Salesforce Certified Administrator
• •Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• •Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
• •Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience/certification
• •Experience with Agile, ITIL, Jira/Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
