YOUR ROLE

Key Responsabilities:

• Development & Configuration
• Develop Salesforce OMS solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows, configuring key order processes such as capture, orchestration, fulfillment, returns, and cancellations.

• Solution Design Support
• Collaborate with architects to implement technical designs, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and contribute to solution improvements.

• Integration Development
• Build and manage integrations with external systems (ERP, WMS, payments, logistics) using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.

• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, participate in system and integration testing, and troubleshoot issues across environments.

• Performance & Optimization
• Optimize system performance for high-volume order processing, improving efficiency, reliability, and resolving bottlenecks.

• Collaboration & Agile Delivery
• Work within Agile teams, participating in ceremonies, collaborating with cross-functional roles, and delivering solutions within defined timelines.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• •4–7+ years of Salesforce development experience:
• •Hands-on experience with Salesforce OMS (SOM) or order management implementations;
• •Strong proficiency in Apex programming;
• •Advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC);
• •Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools;
• •Experience with integration patterns and APIs (REST/SOAP);
• •Solid understanding of order lifecycle processes and commerce systems.
