- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals efficiently

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends

- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the dealership’s standards of customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems
