Sample Coordinator (Sample Management)

Labcorp is seeking a Sample Coordinator to join our Bioanalytical team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• •Responsible for coordinating the receipt, tracking, processing, shipment, and documentation of clinical trial samples to ensure they are handled according to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• •Receive, accession, track, label, store, ship, and dispose of clinical samples.
• •Verify sample inventory accuracy and resolve or escalate discrepancies.
• •Communicate sample receipt status and manage sample-related documentation.
• •Sample tracking, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• •Coordination of sample logging and receipt confirmation activities.
• •Maintain study records, laboratory documentation, and department logbooks.
• •Manage reference materials and matrices inventory.
• •Support after-hours sample receipt and environmental monitoring activities.
• •Support project activities, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in science from an accredited college or university.
• •3 months or more experience of internship exposure in commercial/diagnostic/analytical laboratories.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of clinical trials and clinical research and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
