Job Title: Sampling Executive – Modern Trade

Company: GO DESi Mandi Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Bengaluru (field role, modern trade stores across the city)

Type: Full-time, on-roll

About the role

Drive in-store trials and sales of GO DESi products (Desi Pops, mithai and candy range) at modern trade outlets such as Reliance Smart, More, Star Bazaar, Spar, Namdhari’s and Nature’s Basket. You’ll be the brand’s face on the shop floor, turning walk-ins into first-time buyers.

Key responsibilities

  • Run daily sampling at assigned stores and engage shoppers on product taste, ingredients and pricing
  • Convert sampling into sales and push offers and combo packs
  • Make sure GO DESi stock is available, visible and correctly priced on shelf and at end-caps
  • Coordinate with store managers and the area sales team on stock, planogram and promo setup
  • Submit a daily report (photos, footfall sampled, units sold, competitor activity) on WhatsApp/app by 9 PM
  • Keep sampling material, hygiene and display standards at all times

Requirements

  • 12th pass or graduate; 0–2 years in retail, promotions or FMCG sampling (freshers welcome)
  • Fluent in Kannada and conversational in Hindi/English
  • Confident and energetic, comfortable talking to strangers
  • Smartphone required; own two-wheeler preferred

Compensation

25000 + Travelling allowance
