Overview:

This is an evergreen/pipeline role. We are actively building a talent pool for upcoming opportunities within our Samsung Experience Store. Qualified candidates may be contacted as positions become available.

As a Sales Experience Associate, you are the life force of your store. Your mission is to create a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere where customers feel empowered to explore and fall in love with Samsung technology.

With your entrepreneurial spirit, every customer engagement is a personalized concierge experience. You'll build trust from the moment they walk in, ask the right questions to uncover their needs, and guide them to their ideal tech solutions. Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Retail schedule with part-time hours; includes evenings and weekends

Master the art of the upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases.

Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can-do attitude, turning a negative experience into a positive solution.

Stay in the know by completing all product, services, and soft skills training to become a Samsung expert.

Crush your personal sales goals while helping the store hit its overall performance targets.
