Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen Sanierungsberater (m/w/d).

  • Aufgabe:
  • Begleitung und Betreuung von Restrukturierungs- und Rückführungsfällen im gewerblichen Kreditbereich
  • Eigenständige Analyse der wirtschaftlichen Situation und Beurteilung von Chancen- und Risikopotenzialen einschließlich Empfehlungen für Risikovorsorge
  • Prüfung rechtlicher handlungsoptionen und Entwicklung geeigneter Vorgehensweisen zur Stabilisierung der Engagements
  • Ursachenanalyse bei wirtschaftlichen Schwierigkeiten sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungs- und Sanierungskonzepten
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Sanierungsstrategien inklusive Definition konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung, Einleitung und Mitwirkung bei Kreditentscheidungen
  • Überwachung von Frühwarnsignalen und Pflege von Watchlist-Fällen im Firmenkundenbereich
  • Qualifikation:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bankwesen oder eine gleichwertige kaufmännische Qualifikation idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Bankbetriebswirt
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Kreditbearbeitung mit Fokus auf gewerbliche Kunden
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Professionelles Auftreten, hohe Belastbarkeit und sicheres Urteilsvermögen auch in komplexen Situationen
  • Teamorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsfokusierte Arbeitsweise
