Stellenbeschreibung – Sanitärmeister / Anlagenmechanikermeister SHK (m/w/d)

Wir sind ein modernes und zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen engagierten Meister (m/w/d) für den praktischen Einsatz auf Baustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung des Teams auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Ausführung von Sanitär- und Heizungsinstallationen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Installations- und Montagearbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik
  • Praktische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Wichtig:
  • Die Position ist bewusst praxisorientiert – es fallen keine Bürotätigkeiten an und kaum direkter Kundenkontakt .

Wir bieten:

  • Übertarifliche Vergütung (60.000 € Jahresgehalt)
  • 4-Tage-Woche (Montag bis Donnerstag)
  • 32 Stunden pro Woche (je 8 Stunden täglich)
  • 24 Urlaubstage pro Jahr (bei 4-Tage-Woche)
