  • Produktberatung und Verkauf von medizinischen Hilfsmitteln und Gesundheitsprodukten im Freiverkauf sowie von Hilfsmitteln auf ärztliche Verordnung
  • Maßabnahme und Anpassung von Hilfsmitteln aus den Produktbereichen: Bandagen, Kompression und orthopädische Einlagen
  • Organisatorische Tätigkeiten wie das Erfassen von Bestellungen, das Bedienen der Kasse und die Vorbereitung der Abrechnung von Rezepten sowie Pflegepaketen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Versicherten und Kostenträgern auf fachlichem Niveau
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Durchführung von Inventuren
  • Verantwortung für den täglichen Kassenabschluss
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit im Umfeld der Filiale im lokalen relevanten Umfeld (Ärzte, Pflegeeinrichtungen, usw.)
  • Führung und Motivation eines kleinen Teams und deren Weiterbildung
  • Unsere Anforderungen
  • Ausbildung als Sanitätshausfachkraft, Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen oder im Einzelhandel oder mehrjährige vergleichbare Tätigkeit oder Weiterbildung mit anschließender mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung wären von Vorteil
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Software-Kenntnisse OptaData Viva wünschenswert)
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Kundenorientierung und Freude am Verkauf sowie freundliches und kollegiales Auftreten
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sicheres Auftreten
  • Erfahrungen im Sanitätsfachhandel sind zwingend erforderlich
