Your Impact

As an SAP AMS Manager, you may be responsible for:

• •Leading SAP AMS engagements and support operations for enterprise clients.
• •Managing service delivery performance, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and providing strategic advisory support.
• •Leading AMS transformation programs, service optimization initiatives, and SAP roadmap discussions.
• •Managing incident, problem, change, and release management activities within SAP landscapes.
• •Overseeing enhancement requests, minor project delivery, and application lifecycle management.
• •Driving operational excellence across support, maintenance, and enhancement services.
• •Managing and mentoring functional and technical SAP consultants.
• •Supporting business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.
• •Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• •Experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements.
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Experience working in consulting, professional services, or complex enterprise environments is advantageous.
• •SAP certifications are considered a plus.
• •Ability to lead multiple priorities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
