Als SAP-Berater (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie Unternehmen bei der Einführung, Anpassung und Optimierung von SAP-Systemen. Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse, erarbeiten Lösungskonzepte und setzen diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und der IT um. Dabei übernehmen Sie sowohl beratende als auch koordinierende Aufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im SAP-Umfeld
  • Beratung bei der Auswahl und Einführung geeigneter SAP-Module
  • Durchführung von Systemanpassungen und Customizing
  • Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Dokumentationen
  • Schulung und Unterstützung von Anwendern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektteams

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem SAP-Modul (z. B. FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP)
  • Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
