The Opportunity

As a SAP BRIM Consultant, Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, enabling clients to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP CRM software solutions effectively
• - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
• - Optimizing customer relationship management processes to enhance client satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
• - Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
• - Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality solutions
• - Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
• - Developing a deeper understanding of business context and adapting to changes
• - Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct
• - Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships effectively
• - Leveraging business process consulting skills to improve operational efficiency and client engagement

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
• - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
• - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
• - Developing business process improvement strategies for client engagements
• - Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
• - Implementing technology solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• - Navigating ambiguity while delivering quality client solutions

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
