As a SAP CO-Bangalore you will advise clients on SAP finance solutions, analyze business requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless use of SAP finance applications. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, use sound judgment to navigate complexity, coach teams through change, and bring strategic direction to client work while building trust with stakeholders through clear communication and thoughtful decisions. In this role at PwC, you will help clients optimize financial processes, improve reporting, and move SAP finance work forward within our Business Application Consulting practice, drawing on your SAP finance skills and client support focus to deliver value across multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• - Leading SAP Finance consulting workstreams for clients, translating business needs into process and system requirements
• - Guiding teams through SAP FI and SAP FICO design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• - Advising on finance transformation initiatives that improve reporting, controls, and transaction processing
• - Evaluating current finance processes and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and increase automation
• - Coordinating integration across finance applications, reporting tools, and downstream business systems
• - Reviewing solution design choices and validating alignment with accounting and financial reporting requirements
• - Coaching team members through complex project phases, issue resolution, and client deliverables
• - Communicating status, risks, dependencies, and next steps to client stakeholders and internal leaders

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 5 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• - Demonstrating SAP FICO delivery across client-facing finance projects
• - Applying systems thinking to finance transformation and controls
• - Crafting clear messages for senior stakeholders and teams
• - Coaching teams through ambiguity and complex issue resolution
• - Validating client outcomes and adapting plans with feedback
