Job Description

Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team at Techwave Consulting Inc. This role involves providing expert SAP solutions, from design and implementation to optimization and support, to meet our clients' diverse business needs.

Job Responsibilities:**

• * Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• * Conduct business process analysis and design, translating business requirements into SAP functional specifications.
• * Configure SAP modules based on client requirements and best practices (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, SCM, CRM, BW/BI, etc.).
• * Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solution quality.
• * Provide end-user training and support, creating comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.
• * Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers, Basis administrators) to deliver integrated solutions.
• * Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SAP-related issues.
• * Stay current with new SAP technologies, functionalities, and industry trends to advise clients on strategic improvements.
• * Manage project tasks and deliverables effectively, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• * Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Job Qualifications:**

• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant, with expertise in at least one core SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP).
• * Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• * Strong understanding of SAP best practices, methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate), and project management principles.
• * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• * Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• * Relevant SAP certifications are a significant plus.
• * Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• * Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
