Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HCM sowie mit Success Factors im SAP-Umfeld
  • Idealerweise fundierte Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensinternen HCM-SF-Prozesse
  • Betreuung der SAP HCM Module: PA, PT, PY, OM, Fiori und Reisekosten
  • Betreuung der SAP SF Module: EC, PMGM, LMS, REC, ONB
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung effizienter Lösungen im Bereich der HR-IT-Landschaft
  • Eigenverantwortliche (Teil-) Projektleitung in SAP Projekten
  • Übernahme des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports und der Dokumentationstätigkeiten im SAP HCM/SF Kontext sowie Betreuung der SAP Key User
