Let's talk about the role

As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex SAP transformation programs while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering against commercial, financial, and business objectives. You'll combine delivery leadership, commercial accountability, and stakeholder management to drive complex SAP S/4HANA engagements from strategy through execution.

You will:

• •Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield and Selective Data Transition implementations.
• •Build trusted relationships with client executives and act as the primary point of contact for delivery and commercial matters.
• •Ensure programs are delivered successfully against scope, schedule, budget, quality and business objectives.
• •Oversee program governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• •Manage engagement financials, including revenue, margin, forecasting and commercial performance.
• •Lead multidisciplinary teams across client, partner, onshore and offshore environments.
• •Support business development, proposal activities and account growth opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Experience from the utilities sector will be highly regarded, with exposure to Kraken preferred. Strong experience across SAP IS-U and SAP EAM will also be highly considered.

• •10+ years' experience leading complex SAP transformation programs and large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• •Proven leadership across multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• •Experience delivering Greenfield, Brownfield, and/or Selective Data Transition programs.
• •Strong understanding of SAP-enabled business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, EWM/TM, and/or Human Resources.
• •Demonstrated success leading large, multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.
• •Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, C-suite leaders, Steering Committees, and governance boards.
• •Strong commercial acumen with experience managing engagement financials, risk, and contractual obligations.
• •Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• •A client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering business value through technology transformation.
