As a SAP FICO Senior Associate you will support client-focused consulting work within our Technology Consulting practice, helping clients improve financial processes through SAP finance solutions. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned workstreams, and guide junior team members while building meaningful client connections and strengthening your professional brand. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to SAP FI and CO design, implementation, and support activities, bring knowledge of financial accounting and management controlling, and help deliver training and issue resolution across finance applications.

As a Senior Associate you will balance technical delivery with relationship building, navigating ambiguity while maintaining professional and technical standards. You will bring 5-9 years of experience, a graduation degree, and an MBA, M.Com, MFM, CA, ICWA, or ACS background, along with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, functional knowledge of FI-CO integration, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India offers the chance to contribute to business application consulting work that supports operational efficiency and financial reporting, while developing deeper understanding of the business context and mentoring others as part of day-to-day delivery.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing client finance and controlling requirements to design SAP FICO solutions that support financial reporting, taxation, and operational efficiency
• - Configuring core SAP FI and CO functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, internal orders, profit center accounting, and product costing
• - Supporting end-to-end SAP implementation workstreams across ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments from assessment through deployment
• - Integrating SAP FICO processes with related tools and functions such as Trintech, RAR, Central Finance, Coupa, Ariba, and business areas including SD, MM, PS, HR, PP, and PM
• - Preparing solution designs, functional specifications, test scenarios, and project deliverables that align with client objectives and implementation plans
• - Collaborating with client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, clarify process gaps, and translate business needs into workable system configurations
• - Validating compliance with financial accounting, management controlling, taxation, and regulatory requirements throughout project activities
• - Mentoring associates and contributing to team technical development while maintaining strong internal relationships and personal brand growth

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• - Demonstrating 4 to 5 years in SAP FI-CO implementations
• - Applying SAP FI, CO, and S/4HANA configuration knowledge
• - Integrating Trintech, RAR, CFIN, Coupa, or Ariba
• - Building client relationships while mentoring junior team members
