As a SAP GRC Security Consultant, you will :

• •Work on SAP GRC modules such as:Access Risk Analysis, ARAAccess Request Management, ARMEmergency Access Management, EAMBusiness Role Management, BRMUser Access Review, UARPerform SAP security administration for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori environments.
• •Design, build, test, and maintain single, composite, derived, and business roles.
• •Manage role design and authorization concepts for SAP S/4HANA and ECC applications.Configure and maintain Fiori catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, tiles, and target mappings .
• •Perform Fiori frontend and backend role configuration.
• •Troubleshoot authorization issues using tools such as SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, SUIM, and PFCG .Perform user creation, modification, locking, unlocking, and role assignment activities.
• •Conduct Segregation of Duties, SoD, analysis and support risk remediation and mitigation.Configure and maintain GRC rule sets, functions, risks, mitigating controls, and mitigation assignments.
• •Support Firefighter ID creation, assignment, log review, controller configuration, and Emergency Access Management activities.
• •Configure MSMP workflows for access requests and approval processes.Work on BRF+ rules and workflow agent determination.Integrate SAP GRC with S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, and other connected systems.
• •Support security activities during SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• •Participate in S/4HANA security redesign and ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.Carry out periodic user access reviews, role reviews, and compliance reporting.Support internal and external audits by providing access, role, risk, and compliance-related evidence.
• •Coordinate with functional consultants, Basis teams, business users, auditors, and project stakeholders.
• •Prepare configuration documents, role design documents, test scripts, process documents, and user guides.Work on incident, service request, change request, and problem management processes.

Your Role - Job Role

• •We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ECC, and SAP GRC Access Control .
• •The consultant will be responsible for SAP security implementation, role design, access governance, user administration, authorization support, and compliance activities across SAP landscapes.
• •The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control implementation and support , including Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, Emergency Access Management, and Business Role Management.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

Required Skills :

• •4 to 12 years of relevant experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control .
• •Strong hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control 10.x or 12.x .
• •Good experience in SAP GRC implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Security and the associated authorization concept.
• •Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori Security and OData service authorizations.
• •Strong experience in SAP ECC Security .
• •Expertise in role design, user administration, authorization troubleshooting, and SoD analysis.Experience with ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM, UAR, MSMP workflows, and BRF+.
• •Knowledge of SAP security tables, authorization objects, transaction codes, and tracing tools.Understanding of SAP GRC connectors, repository synchronization, authorization synchronization, and batch jobs.Experience in resolving access control, workflow, role, and authorization issues.
• •Good understanding of audit, compliance, access governance, and security best practices.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

• •Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects .
• •Experience with Central User Administration, CUA, or Identity Access Management solutions.Knowledge of SAP BTP Security, SAP Cloud Identity Services, IAS, IPS, or IDM is an advantage.
• •Understanding of Fiori Launchpad configuration and Gateway security.
• •Experience working in Agile, ITIL, or global delivery environments.
• •SAP Security, SAP GRC, or SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
