SAP HCM Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, leading complex configuration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives. You will partner with HR, business, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring best practices, system stability, and continuous improvement across global environments.

Your Role

• •Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management solutions.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• •Drive system enhancements, upgrades, releases, testing, and change management activities.
• •Provide expert guidance on Performance & Goals and integration points with Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Central.Support global implementations, process harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams.
• •Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design reviews and best practices.
• •Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project risks, recommendations, and outcomes.
• •Support Agile delivery and DevOps practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

• •8+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management experience.
• •SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management Certification preferred.
• •Strong expertise in HR processes and SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
• •Experience delivering solutions for large, global organizations.
• •Proven ability to lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• •Experience working in Agile environments.
