  • Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation der SAP HCM Landschaft
  • Analyse und Optimierung von HR Prozessen in SAP
  • Ansprechpartner für Anforderungen und Fehlermeldungen für das SAP HCM Modul
  • Planung und Koordiantion von Tests neuer bzw. geänderter Abläufe durch Anwender
  • Begleitung von System-Upgrades durch vorbereitende Tests mit Usern
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse von Prozessen im Bereich Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft und Personaladministration
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkennntisse
