SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) - Vollzeit | München | Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag

Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d)“.

Aufgaben

  • Als SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP-HCM-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt Entgeltabrechnung (PY)
  • Zudem beraten Sie HR-Fachbereiche und Key User, analysieren fachliche Anforderungen und übernehmen das Customizing in den Modulen PA, OM und PY sowie optional PT
  • Darüber hinaus optimieren und digitalisieren Sie HR-Prozesse, betreuen Schnittstellen und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung gesetzlicher Änderungen im Payroll-Bereich
  • Zusätzlich stellen Sie den laufenden SAP-HCM-Betrieb sicher, bearbeiten komplexe Support-Anfragen und koordinieren Fach-, Integrations- und Regressionstests
  • Dabei wirken Sie an nationalen und internationalen HR-IT-Projekten mit, übernehmen Projektverantwortung und begleiten die Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft in Richtung SAP SuccessFactors

Qualifikation

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d), SAP HCM Berater (m/w/d) oder SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) mit
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM PA, OM und PY inklusive Payroll-Folgeaktivitäten sowie sehr gute Customizing-Kenntnisse, insbesondere bei Regeln und Schemen; PT-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Zusätzlich haben Sie Erfahrung im HR-Prozessmanagement, Application Management und Projektumfeld sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; SuccessFactors- und ABAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Wichtig sind analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
