Aufgabengebiet

Projektziel:Für die Einführung des SAP Payroll Control Centers (PCC) in einer bestehenden SAP-HCM-Landschaft sucht unser Kunde einen erfahrenen SAP HCM Payroll / PCC Consultant. Ziel ist die technische Aktivierung und Grundkonfiguration des PCC für zwei Mandanten im Entwicklungssystem. Der Fokus liegt auf einer pragmatischen Erstimplementierung inklusive Know-how-Transfer und Best-Practice-Beratung.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Technische Aktivierung des SAP Payroll Control Centers (PCC) für zwei Mandanten im Entwicklungssystem
  • Durchführung der PCC-Grundkonfiguration inkl. Rollen, Teams, Berechtigungen und WebGUI
  • Umsetzung und Einrichtung erster einfacher Prüfregeln, insbesondere im Bereich Betriebliche Altersversorgung (bAV)
  • Analyse und Beantwortung technischer sowie fachlicher Fragestellungen rund um PCC
  • Know-how-Transfer zu Best Practices, möglichen zukünftigen Herausforderungen und typischen Pain Points im PCC-Betrieb

Vergütungspaket

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP HCM Payroll (PY) Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen Einführung und Konfiguration des SAP Payroll Control Centers (PCC)
  • Erfahrung mit PCC-Aktivierung, Berechtigungen, Rollenmanagement und WebGUI
  • Fähigkeit, technische und fachliche Fragestellungen eigenständig zu analysieren und pragmatisch zu lösen
  • Erfahrung im Wissenstransfer sowie in der Beratung von Payroll-Teams und Fachbereichen
