About the Job You're Considering

As an SAP IBP Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of integrated SAP IBP solutions across S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response Planning, and Control Tower. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable solutions while providing architectural leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This role combines deep SAP IBP expertise with modern SAP and AI capabilities, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Activate, Clean Core principles, SAP Business AI, and AI-enabled transformation. You will also provide leadership across integrated delivery teams and help identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance SAP processes and business outcomes.

Application Business Architects are responsible for leading the transformation of a business and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented. Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions. This role should able to realize a business solution leveraging vendors and partners. The individual must have the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, as is or to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role may also be responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Your Role

• •Lead the architecture and end-to-end delivery of SAP IBP solutions across S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response Planning, and Control Tower.
• •Lead design discussions with business stakeholders, leveraging SAP IBP product capabilities to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• •Collaborate with business process architects, functional teams, technical teams, and client stakeholders to develop effective integrated SAP IBP solutions.
• •Provide architectural leadership across solution design, configuration, build, testing, cutover, deployment, go-live, and production stabilization.
• •Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore teams and work across SAP and business teams to ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions.
• •Architect SAP IBP integrations with SAP S/4HANA, including CPI-DS and associated cloud and data integration.
• •Apply SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Activate, and Clean Core principles within solution architecture and delivery.
• •Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP IBP production and application management issues.
• •Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language, develop prototypes and business presentations, and articulate SAP and industry best practices to executive stakeholders.
• •Understand SAP Business AI capabilities and identify opportunities where AI can augment supply chain planning, decision-making, and SAP business processes.
• •Leverage AI productivity capabilities, including SAP Joule and Copilot, along with prompt-engineering fundamentals, to support solutioning and delivery activities.
• •Participate in and provide solution leadership for AI-enabled SAP transformation initiatives, collaborating across functional, technical, data, cloud, and AI teams.
• •Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies, where appropriate, to support efficient solution delivery and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experience

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required.
• •7-10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong functional and solution architecture expertise and specialization in SAP IBP.
• •Deep experience architecting and implementing SAP IBP solutions across S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response Planning, and Control Tower.
• •Demonstrated experience leading SAP IBP teams and coordinating across multiple functional and technical workstreams.
• •Strong hands-on experience with IBP configuration, solution build, testing, cutover, go-live, and production support.
• •Experience with at least two to three full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations, complemented by application management, support, and production troubleshooting experience.
• •Strong integration knowledge between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA, including CPI-DS and cloud-based data integration.
• •Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Activate, Clean Core principles, SAP Business AI, and SAP Signavio.
• •Experience with SAP APO and broader SAP S/4HANA supply chain capabilities is preferred.
• •Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solution architectures while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• •Foundation-level understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business transformation.
• •Basic technical literacy across APIs, cloud technologies, SQL, Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• •Ability to understand SAP Business AI capabilities, identify AI opportunities, and contribute to AI-enabled SAP transformation initiatives.
• •Familiarity with SAP Joule, Copilot, and practical application of prompt engineering.
• •Exposure to SAP Signavio and business process transformation is preferred.
• •Knowledge and experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is preferred.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business executives, client architects, and senior stakeholders.
• •Demonstrated ability to provide architectural leadership, independently drive solution decisions, and guide distributed onshore and offshore teams through successful delivery.
• •Certifications Preferred

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082- $193,440
