As a SAP PP/QM Manager you will lead client support work within our SAP Supply Chain and Operations practice, guiding the design and delivery of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management solutions that help clients improve operational flow, planning accuracy, and process control. As a Manager you will coach teams, shape workplans, and manage priorities while using sound judgment to address complex issues, support project execution, and keep deliverables aligned with client needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will collaborate across business application consulting efforts, assess client requirements, configure and support SAP solutions, and help teams deliver practical outcomes through training, troubleshooting, and steady communication.

Responsibilities

• - Leading SAP PP and QM client workstreams from planning through deployment and post-go-live support
• - Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across supply chain and operations transformation efforts
• - Guiding teams in configuring SAP solutions for production planning, quality management, demand planning, and inventory coordination
• - Analyzing client processes and translating business needs into system design, process improvements, and implementation plans
• - Reviewing functional deliverables, testing outcomes, and deployment activities to validate readiness for client use
• - Mentoring team members by providing feedback, coaching technical development, and reinforcing effective delivery practices
• - Coordinating issue resolution across business and technology stakeholders during design, build, testing, and cutover phases
• - Applying SAP supply chain knowledge to improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and scenario modeling capabilities

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 8 to 11 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - At least one of the following SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or logistics credentials
• - Demonstrating SAP PP/QM delivery experience in client-facing manager roles
• - Leading supply chain transformation workstreams across manufacturing and quality processes
• - Coordinating project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery timelines
• - Mentoring team members while reviewing deliverables and developing capabilities
• - Applying technology and innovation to improve planning, production, and quality outcomes
