SAP Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Order Management – Service & Repair (alle Geschlechter)

Der Bereich Order Center and User Help Desk erstellt Angebote und übernimmt die Auftragsabwicklung für Projekte im Supply & Repair Management, insbesondere für Ersatzteillieferungen und Instandsetzungsprozesse.

  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Unterstützung bei der Transformation von SAP SD- und SAP CS-Modulen auf das SAP S/4HANA Service Modul
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Sales-Prozesse (Ersatzteilabwicklung) sowie Service-Prozesse (Reparaturabwicklung, Inhouse Repair mit Advanced Service Execution, Retourenanlieferung)
  • -
  • Mitarbeit bei Planung, Migration und Implementierung der SAP S/4HANA Service- und SD-Module
  • -
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen EWM, PM, PS sowie der IT
  • -
  • Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
  • -
  • Schulung und Support der Endanwender im neuen System
  • -
  • Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Annahme und Abwicklung von Aufträgen im Supply & Repair Management
  • -
  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Angebotserstellung im SAP SD-Modul für Ersatzteil- und Instandsetzungsaufträge

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Kontrolle von Konten inkl. Kontenklärungen in SAP SD und im Instandsetzungsmanagement Tool (IMT)
  • -
  • Termingerechte Rechnungsstellung sowie kontinuierliche Überwachung des Mahnwesens zur Sicherstellung des Cashflows
  • -
  • Termin- und Kostenkontrolle aller Vorgänge im Verantwortungsbereich
  • -
  • Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von Kundenrücklieferungen (IMT) bei Instandsetzungsaufträgen, Garantiefällen, Retrofits und Upgrades unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Durchlaufzeiten
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • einschlägige Erfahrung in der technischen Sachbearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
